I hereby grant to the United States Dressage Federation, Inc. (USDF) permissions and usage rights to the editorial, photography, and other multimedia assets submitted with this release. I hereby waive any right or claim to compensation or royalty income for USDF's use of this material. I warrant that the assets provided are original, have not been previously published elsewhere, have not been submitted to any other print/electronic media, and will not be submitted anywhere else during the period in which USDF has exclusive rights.

Rights: The authorized entity signed below grants exclusive print and electronic publication and usage rights to USDF for 60 days after first publication, with non-exclusive rights extended thereafter. USDF reserves the right to edit all manuscripts submitted for publication with the author having the opportunity to review final copy for accuracy, by requesting a finalized version from USDF. Upon review, the author retains the option of removing their byline. Author also grants USDF permission to publish all, or part, of the editorial and assets supplied in any USDF print or digital properties including, but not limited to, USDF websites, electronic communications, and social media.

Professional Photos: For any professional photos or other multimedia assets submitted, I certify that I have the rights to authorize their usage because I have purchased them directly from the owner (photographer, videographer, etc.) or because I have express written permission from the owner granting these rights. I also ensure that all necessary and required credit/caption information is included with any assets submitted for publication, and shall be incorporated in final publication.

Amateur Photos: For any amateur photos or other multimedia assets submitted, I certify that I have the rights to authorize their usage as the owner or subject of these non-copyrighted assets.
